Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets and emails within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues with a focus on empathy and accuracy.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with day-shift operations teams to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Identify recurring technical issues and provide feedback to the product development team.
- Maintain a quiet and professional workspace to ensure quality support delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a call center environment is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical problems and use computer applications proficiently.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
