- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during the 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and information flow.
- Perform routine data entry, system updates, and administrative tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications

- Must be available to work a part-time schedule, specifically nights (10 PM - 6 AM).
