Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during peak evening hours
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor security protocols and maintain safe premises
- Stock inventory and ensure product freshness
- Collaborate with team for seamless shift transitions
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Document daily operations and incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Raleigh location
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- Positive attitude under pressure
- No prior experience required – we train!
- Availability for 3+ shifts weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
