Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening operations
- Monitor venue security and guest safety protocols
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with team members for seamless service transitions
- Prepare and maintain event spaces according to standards

- Assist with opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Availability for evening shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic cash handling and POS system experience preferred
