- Perform daily reconciliation of records to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within strict SLA deadlines
- Generate and analyze routine performance reports using Excel
- Collaborate with offshore teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Implement data validation protocols to maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes per hour with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- US-based work authorization and reliable internet connection
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field
