- Accurately input, verify, and maintain high-volume transactional data across multiple platforms
- Perform nightly reconciliation of financial records and inventory databases
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions with precision
- Adhere to strict HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with international teams during real-time data synchronization
- Optimize data retrieval processes using SQL and Python scripting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience in financial or healthcare sectors
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes per minute with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Reliable night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM, Mon-Fri)
- BA/BS in Data Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- CompTIA Data+ or similar certification required
