- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data across multiple client databases
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLA deadlines
- Generate and distribute daily data integrity reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Utilize proprietary software and MS Office suite for data processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and database systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Strong time management skills for deadline-driven work
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
