Responsibilities
- Enter and verify critical financial and operational data with 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Utilize advanced Excel formulas and database management tools
- Generate daily performance reports for executive review
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Implement data validation protocols to prevent errors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven ability to type 80+ WPM with zero errors
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field
