Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify high-volume data into proprietary systems with 99.9% precision
- Perform nightly reconciliation of transaction records and financial documents
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information and proprietary data
- Generate daily performance reports and identify data discrepancies for resolution
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods for seamless workflow
- Adhere to HIPAA and SOX compliance standards in all data handling activities
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and database management tools for data analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated error detection capabilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills for identifying data anomalies and trends
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- Valid California Driver's License for occasional document transport duties
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
