Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into our centralized database systems.
- Review source documents for errors, discrepancies, or missing information.
- Perform routine data cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure data accuracy.
- Meet daily and weekly production quotas with a focus on error-free work.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Communicate effectively with the shift supervisor regarding progress and any data anomalies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
