Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client data in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to compliance protocols
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain confidential client information per HIPAA/GDPR standards
- Utilize automation tools to streamline repetitive data processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with data management software (Salesforce, SAP, or similar)
- Ability to work independently during night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with error detection capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
