- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with offshore teams to resolve data inconsistencies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
