Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records in proprietary systems
- Perform data verification and quality control checks with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions while meeting nightly productivity targets
- Generate daily performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Resolve data discrepancies through systematic investigation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 8,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of database management systems
