Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and maintain high-volume data across multiple client systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Process daily transactions, invoices, and customer records within SLA deadlines
- Utilize proprietary software and Excel for data validation and reconciliation
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless data handover and issue resolution
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Generate daily performance reports and identify process improvement opportunities
- Train on new systems and client-specific data protocols quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables essential)
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems and database management
- Ability to work independently overnight with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Reliable transportation and NJ residency required
