Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical business data across multiple platforms
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within tight deadlines during night shift hours
- Utilize MS Office Suite and proprietary software for data manipulation
- Generate daily reports and analytics for operational teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with proven accuracy records
- Proficient in typing (60+ WPM) with 10-key numeric skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
