Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Process high-volume transactional documents with precision and timeliness
- Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with standards
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Excel and internal software
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and workflow issues

- Utilize 10-key typing for efficient numerical data entry
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of data entry or clerical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
