Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify large volumes of data into company databases and CRM systems.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards during all operations.
- Review and correct errors in existing records to ensure database integrity.
- Perform routine quality checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Assist in organizing physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or administrative support.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
