Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update critical business data into proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain 99.9% accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transaction records within nightly SLAs
- Generate daily data reports and discrepancy logs for management review
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Collaborate with day team to resolve data anomalies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and 10-key typing (8,000+ KPH)
- Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error mindset
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Basic database knowledge (SQL/Excel functions)
