Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input customer and client data into our internal database systems.
- Review and verify data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information before processing.
- Maintain and update existing records to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Sort, file, and organize physical and digital documents as required.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team regarding data discrepancies or urgent updates.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on all data entry tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service is preferred.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
