Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
- Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take detailed messages when necessary.
- Monitor the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with mail sorting, package deliveries, and light administrative tasks.
- Perform security checks and access control for employees and authorized visitors during evening hours.
- Utilize provided office equipment, including the provided laptop and software, to maintain accurate logs and records.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a smooth handover of duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role (1-2 years minimum).
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
