Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain 50+ records per hour in ERP systems
- Perform daily data reconciliation and quality audits with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process confidential financial and customer information with HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data trends for management
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover procedures
- Implement data security protocols including encryption and access controls
- Train on new software quarterly to maintain technical proficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Salesforce
- WPM 80+ with 98% accuracy (typing certificate required)
- Associate's degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- Experience with medical/financial data sets highly desirable
- Ability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with weekend rotation
- CompTIA Data+ certification or equivalent
- Background check and NDA signing required
