Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client information into proprietary databases
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transaction records within nightly deadlines
- Generate daily performance reports and data reconciliation summaries
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data transitions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience or equivalent training
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
