Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into digital databases and spreadsheets.
- Review source documents for errors and correct data as needed.
- Perform regular audits of data to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Assist in the scanning and digitizing of physical documents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.
- Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to transfer completed tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency, including typing speed of 40+ WPM.
