Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and maintain high-volume data with 99.9% accuracy
- Process daily transactions and documents within strict SLAs
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through systematic validation
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite for data management
- Generate daily performance reports and quality assurance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift transitions
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proficiency in 10-key typing with 8,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Advanced knowledge of Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
