Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain alphanumeric data across multiple digital platforms
- Perform daily quality checks to ensure 99.9% data accuracy and compliance with HIPAA/GDPR standards
- Process high-volume transactions with average 5,000 keystrokes per shift
- Generate and analyze weekly performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data reconciliation
- Utilize 10-key typing at 8,000+ KPH with <1% error rate
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Ability to maintain 99.9% accuracy under high-volume conditions
- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- 10-key certification or equivalent demonstrable speed
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems highly desirable
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
