Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during night shift hours.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but we value attitude over experience.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
