Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the evening shift.
- Assist clients with technical troubleshooting and account management.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and issue resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (night shift experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation (shift runs until 2:00 AM).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
