Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound customer inquiries via phone and email during the night shift.
- Resolve complex account issues and technical questions with empathy and efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and completely in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless continuity of support.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
