Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM EST).
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with day-shift team members to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Stay current on product knowledge and update systems with new information.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with minimal supervision.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
