Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and process efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Must be available to work nights (evening shift).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential for remote candidates.
