Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve technical issues and product-related questions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and issues in the CRM system accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all communications.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
