- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow and knowledge transfer.
- Stay updated on product features and policies to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to all company quality assurance and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during quiet periods.
- Availability to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) on a part-time basis.
