Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift.
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Log all interactions and issue resolutions accurately into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift team leads to ensure seamless communication regarding ongoing cases.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but training is provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems without immediate supervision.
- Reliable transportation is required as shifts may vary.
- Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
