Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via email and live chat during night shifts.
- Triage and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex cases to senior engineers when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions within the CRM system.
- Ensure 100% adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) during peak night hours.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams asynchronously to ensure seamless continuity of support.
- Proactively identify and report system bugs or process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Ability to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
