Responsibilities

- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service handovers.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or retail (evening availability preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills with a professional tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers, MS Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
