Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve technical issues and product-related questions with patience and professionalism.
- Log all interactions and updates into the company CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to the management team.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace if working remotely (hybrid option available).
