- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during night shifts.
- Resolve technical issues and account concerns efficiently and accurately.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company scripts and protocols.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
