Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients via phone and email during evening hours.
- Manage and resolve incoming service tickets efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with the daytime operations team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Participate in weekly shift briefings and training sessions to stay updated on product changes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during evening and weekend shifts.
- Reliable internet connection and basic computer proficiency.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
