Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless operations during off-peak hours.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
