Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM system
- Collaborate with night shift team members to resolve escalated issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions
- Contribute to inventory management and stock reconciliation tasks
- Support store operations during overnight hours including stocking and merchandising
- Participate in bi-weekly night shift team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
