Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues efficiently
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM system
- Collaborate with day-team staff for seamless service continuity
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products and services
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred

- Strong typing ability (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Available to work 20-25 hours weekly (primarily 11 PM - 7 AM)
