Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours
- Resolve billing issues and service disruptions with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities during low-peak periods
- Adhere to all compliance protocols including HIPAA and data security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Reliable transportation for consistent night shift availability (4 PM - 1 AM)
