- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts
- Resolve technical issues using troubleshooting scripts and CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce database
- Collaborate with on-site and remote team members during shift overlaps
- Meet/exceed quality and efficiency metrics consistently
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and tech literacy
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability (4-5 shifts weekly)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
