Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within the company database.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and improve customer retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
