- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to established company policies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently in a quiet, focused environment.
