Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Process orders, returns, and shipping requests with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace.
- Monitor security systems and facility access logs.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to ensure smooth operational handovers.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
