As a Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company during our evening hours. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our community, and we need someone reliable to keep that promise.
Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Assist customers with product information, billing questions, and technical support.
- Document all interactions and updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience during peak night traffic.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5 PM - 1 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
