Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve product issues and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and information sharing.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure optimal performance during your shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
- Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
