Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email during evening hours (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Perform routine data entry and administrative tasks to support departmental operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation is required as public transit options may be limited during night hours.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
