- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow continuity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace during your shift.
- Assist in training new night shift staff when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation (shifts may end late at night).
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a quiet environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigating web browsers.
